Why subscriptions?
Rather than applying a fixed price and an annual maintenance & support fee, we decided to offer simple 1-year subscriptions for all our software products. This simplifies version control (you always have access to the latest version) with minimum administrative hassle.
License subscriptions are always for 1 year, counting from the day of your order.
Is the license subscription automatically renewed?
No, this requires you to manually make an online payment.
Shortly before your license will expire you will receive an email. From your account on our website you can simply make a payment to extend your license with another year. That’s all there is to it! Your license is automatically extended in our system.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept iDeal payments and all major credit cards.
Our online payments are handled for us by Mollie.

Where can I find my subscription details?
You can find an overview of your subscriptions on your account page.
Please log in and then go to the My Account Dashboard by clicking on the account button. On the dashboard you can click on [My Subscription] to find all the details on your subscription.
