
As soon as you order has been completed and payment has been received, a license activation code is sent to you by email.
This is all done online and should typically be a matter of minutes. If you experience any problem with your payment or receiving your activation code, please send us a message through the Contact Form on our website or send an email to sales@softdrill.nl.
A single Activation Code is issued for all orders of a product within the same order. The Activation Code may then be used to activate the license on as many computers as the quantity of the ordered product.
For example: for 3 Torque & Drag licenses in the same order (i.e. quantity = 3), an Activation Code will be issued that can be use to activate the Torque & Drag license on 3 different computers.
Note that this is per order. If 3 Torque & Drag licenses are ordered in 3 different orders (payments), then 3 different Activation Codes will be issued.
Activation Codes are also per product. So for an order of 1 Well Reporting System license and 1 Torque & Drag license, two different Activation Codes will be issued.

Your license is activated through the license wizard that automatically appears when you start the program for the first time.
Note that you can access the license wizard from the Help menu in all Softdrill NL programs.
This is also the way in which you activate a purchased subscription license whilst you still have a valid trial license. Simply de-activate your trial license and then activate your subscription license with the activation code provided.
Yes you can. This can be achieved from the license wizard by selecting Activate your license > Offline Activation. You then have two options:
- Scan QR Code. Fill out the Activation Key and Computer Identifier and click the link. Scan the QR code with a mobile phone connected to the internet and follow the instructions on screen,
- Go to the Licensing Self Help page and select ‘Activate a license’. Enter your Activation Code and Computer Identifier as displayed in the License Wizard and select the program you wish to activate. Now click Activate and input the displayed Computer Key in the License Wizard. Note that this process can complete be done by telephone or email, simply passing Activation Code and Computer Identifier and returning the Computer Key.

Sure you can! Using the license wizard (accessible from the Help menu in all programs), simply deactivate the license on the computer it is currently activated on. Then use the same activation code to activate the license on the other computer.
You can find your license activation code in three places:
- On the invoice that was emailed to you when you purchased the subscription.
- On the invoice stored in your user account. If not already done, log in on this website and go to My Account > Orders. Select your last order and click on Invoice. This will open the invoice with your Activation Code.
- Go to the Licensing Self Help page and select Email License Keys. Provide the email address your license was issued to and the license information and activation code will be emailed to this address.
