Similar to the Cement Evaluation column, the Risk Assessment column allows definition of multiple sub-columns. Each sub-column identifying a specific risk or challenge. Per risk (or sub-column) multiple ranges may be defined to which a certain Risk Level may be assigned. Optional a Risk Level range may be drawn with a specified comment text.

Column properties

Similar to all other column types. Although the wellbore trajectory may be specified, it has no function in this column type.
The Label alignment box allows aligning the Risk Labels to the top, middle or bottom of the column.

Risks
|
|
Defines a number of risks (sub-columns). The visible sub-columns are equally distributed (in width) across the column. I.e. if 4 of 5 sub-columns are visible, then each sub-column will occupy 1/4 of the column width.
MD From and MD To are used for the total height of the column. Typically this would be equal to depth of the well, but if required the sub-column may be restricted.

Risk level
|
|
Defines the depth ranges in which the risk (as defined for the sub-column) may occur. Each range may be assigned a Risk Level (Neutral, Low, Medium or High) and an optional label that may optional be displayed in the Risk Level bar.
