Default PDF folder

Folder where PDF file of Lookahead report is stored by default.  When Exporting to PDF, the folder can be changed before exporting.  When creating an email this folder is used to (temporarily) store the generated PDF file.

Delete PDF after send

Delete the automatically generated PDF file after attaching it to the generated email.

Default template folder

Default folder to store email template files.  Individual files may be stored in other location as desired.

Default email template

Default Rich Text (rtf) or Text (txt) file used to create the email body (text). No defined file will result in a blank email.

Use BCC when sending

The generated email will be addressed to all active members of the distribution list by inserting their email addresses in the TO field of the email. Alternatively you can address the email to the TO address (using BCC), for example yourself, and all active members of the distribution list will be added to the email's BCC field.

This is not only useful to prevent undesired distribution of all the email addresses, it will also avoid a large list of addresses in the email when replying to the generated email.

Additional attachments

Specify any file(s) you wish to attach to the email (in addition to the generated Lookahead PDF). Use + to add files, X to delete selected file(s) and the Eraser button to remove them all from the list.  This is also a program setting so it will apply to all emails generated from the program.
