Contacts

A list of contacts.  Each contact is defined by a Name, Company and Email Address. An email address is mandatory, name and company may be left blank.  Only Active contacts will be used in generating a new email.

Data navigator

The Navigator provides options to navigate through the contacts, as well as options to Save and Cancel changes to the current Contact.  For more information, please see How to work with data grids.

Clipboard functions

Functions to copy selected (1 or more) contacts to the Windows clipboard or paste them into the Distribution List.  The contacts will be copied to the clipboard as a list of three columns, separated by tabs:

Name   ->  Company   ->   Email

Each line must end with a line break.  To fulfill the minimum requirements, a line in this list may consist of two tab characters and an email address (i.e. blank name and company with an email address).  Such a list is most easily created by copying it from another Lookahead or a list in an Excel spreadsheet and then pasting it here:

When pasting contacts from the clipboard, an existing contact is updated if the email address (not case-sensitive) already exists in the Distribution List. 
If not, a new contact will be added to the list.
