Print report

This function will print the report.  Another dialog box will appear that will allow adjusting printer settings or to print the report to a PDF file.

Email report

Prepare the report as a PDF file and attach it to an email, using the default email client (e.g. Outlook).  Default mail settings (To, CC, Subject and body text) may be set in WellRep settings.

Find

Search for a text in the report.  This may be text but also numeric values.

Zoom

Zoom the report preview to Full Page, Page Width, 100% or a manually entered zoom percentage.

Page navigation

Goto the first, previous, next or last page of the report. A page number may also be entered manually to jump straight to that page.

View mode

Set view mode for the Report Preview to Single Page View, Continuous Scrolling View, Side-by-Side View or Continuous Side-by-Side View.

Thumbnails

Thumbnail view of report pages. Click on a thumbnail to jump directly to that page.

Report preview

Preview window showing the report as it will be printed.

Current page number

The number of the report page in the Preview Window is shown in the status bar.
