The values provided in the Phase Code lookup table is already very exhaustive, but still it may be required to add a specific operational phase.  In that case, the Code field should be entered as an alpha-numeric code describing the type of phase (i.e. DR for Drilling, RC for running and cementing casing or OT for Other) and either a hole or casing size in 5 digit format for correct sorting (i.e. 09625 instead of 9625 for 9-5/8) or an alpha-numeric code describing the phase such as OT-Move for Rig Move.  These codes should be separated by a hyphen without spaces.
